Bubbly Strawberry Pyment

Fermented honey, strawberry juice, and grape juice.

Bubbly Strawberry Pyment is made with Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer grapes, strawberry and star thistle honey. Just the right amount of bubbly!!

Type: Mead

Alcohol: 14%

Package: 500ml bottles and 1/6 barrel kegs

Food Pairings:

CHEESES/MEATS: Triple cream (Brie-style) cheeses with cured meats, mainly prosciutto or sweet bread and mascarpone cheese.  Grilled chicken breasts with chive herb butter & lemon

SEAFOOD: Smoked salmon, caviar, oysters, crab-stuffed mushrooms or shrimp cocktail.

SALADS: Marinated mozzarella & melon salad, Kale bruschetta bar, and Strawberry & avocado couscous salad.

DESSERTS: Chocolate or berries, or better yet, chocolate-covered berries.  Chocolate lava cake, of course.  Fruit tarts or fruit pudding. Dark chocolate truffles,  and Strawberry cheesecake, obvi.
