Join us on April 20th, from 12pm - 6pm (Rain or Shine) for our 1st annual Spring Mead Festival. A celebration of the coming warm weather, and all things mead. This year we'll be featuring live music, food trucks/carts, and plenty of beverages. We've doubled the size of our tent this year, and added 2 more outdoor bars to help keep the lines under control.

The holidays are over, but it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy some delicious pie. Ours is made from fresh apple cider, honey, and pie spices. Perfect after dinner sipper. Buy a bottle, or enjoy it by the glass at the meadery while supplies last. A little under 10 gallons was made.

Inspired by a traditional Vietnamese ice cream, the bold star anise flavor may be too beaucoup for you. The white cardamom, juniper berries, orange zest and lime zest give it a twist that might seem like a major malfunction, but works together like a Marine and his rifle. Now sound off like you got a pair!

Less than 50 bottles of these were made, and we took a bunch for ourselves. So, you definitely won't find these on store shelves. They're only available at the meadery for a VERY limited time. We really want you to have one, but you probably won't get one because we didn't make enough. I guess it says something about the dichotomy of man, sir!
