Occassionally we come out with a new mead that we only release to the restaurants and bars. Here's what they are, and here's where you cad find them.

Gewurztraminer Pyment

A semi-sweet wine made with Gewurztraminer grapes, clover and star thistle honey, and aged with dried elderflowers. This mead was made to please the palats of semi-sweet white wine drinkers (think Riesling). It's usually served chilled and has a spicy/floral finish. Goes great with stronger flavored foods like blue cheese, salmon, spicy dishes, and even a hamburger.
