Appearance - Deep, cool, ruby red. Clear & bright with a quickly dissipating, bubbly head.

Aroma - Rich cherry, subtle, earthy honey and mild tartness and subtle honey notes.

Experience - Lambic-inspired. Ripe cherry upfront balanced by a mild tartness and subtle honey notes. Slightly tannic, medium body. The fin is sweet with a slight residual bitterness from the earthy, herbal hops.
